Gorgeous building and rooms with convenient decoration. A lot of fab food. Helpful staff at all times...

everything was perfect, including attentive staff and particularly good location in a very quiet airy green area. location: the hotel was near the center and many cafes and restaurants and the first station. we stopped by bagel cafe for coffee and treats, it was at a short distance from the venue.

Mike is an amazing host! He even let us check out late and provided food when I was busy. The bed was super comfy, and we enjoyed Netflix in our cozy room. I can't wait to come back!

Felt like home here.

I had an a double room and it was spotless with clean bathroom. The location offered was good and excellent next to central bus station and Tel Aviv.

Excellent location to Teddy Stadium.

The mini-refrigerator in each room is a handy feature, though it tends to create a bit of moisture inside, which can be a minor nuisance. Figuring out the unique door locks offered a bit of adventure at first, giving me a sense of satisfaction once I mastered them.

Entering the building posed a challenge, especially for those with luggage or mobility issues, as the stair access can be daunting. The hot water situation in the communal flask was inconsistent, requiring trips downstairs during the mornings and evenings to refill. The experience lacked some conveniences that would typically enhance a stay of this length, particularly when dealing with heavy bags or daily warm water needs.

The location felt central yet quiet. I loved how lovely the neighborhood was, with a cozy lobby stocked with coffee, tea, milk, and biscuits. Mike took the time to send all the necessary information for check-in. It was convenient being able to enter my room as per his instructions. Walls were quite thin, so I heard noise from adjoining rooms and above quite a bit. He even offered chocolates and adjusted the check-out time to make up for it. Hot water was also a little tricky to manage at times, inconvenient. Despite the minimal breakfast, there were ample hot and cold drinks available, and the seating areas were comfortable. Mike's cute nature, both in person and via WhatsApp, helped.

Staying at this charming spot with my family and our beloved pet was a good experience. Mike's cute nature and personalized attention were nice. The cozy outdoor dining area was a hit with the kids!

In my wife's opinion, it would be great to have more amenities for families.
